Washington Marriott at Metro Center is located in downtown Washington D.C., just 300 feet from the Metro Center subway station. The hotel is near Capitol Hill, the Smithsonian, the National Mall and more, all easily accessible on foot or by transit. The hotel does not offer shuttle service to or from the airports. What is the dress code?
Monday and Tuesday conference attire is business casual. On Wednesday, we recommend business attire for Capitol Hill appointments.

What meals are included in the conference registration?
The Monday evening reception; breakfast, lunch and evening reception on Tuesday; and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday are included in your conference registration. All other meals are on your own.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Should you need to cancel your registration, please note that full refunds are available through March 31, 2025. Any cancellations received after March 31 and by April 30 will receive a refund of the full conference fee minus a $200 administrative fee. To receive a refund, a cancellation must be received by the stated cancellation deadline and submitted in writing to [email protected]. No refunds will be granted for requests received after April 30. The Financial Services Institute (FSI) regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

To cancel your hotel reservation, you will need to contact the hotel directly. Please note all hotel reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours of arrival; otherwise they will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.
